Btw, About the disavantage of being slow with large files, well, i've been sincronizing files up to 8 gb's and i really doen't think it's slow.

SyncToy is a robust sincronization tool. You can setup sincronization profiles of many different ways, including colaboration, one of the most useful sync profiles on my view. Wished for more? So what about a command line interface? Yes, SyncToy got an command line interface, from wich u can trigger any of your sync profiles! Must Have!
